Perfect!
I am a personal trainer, and was looking for a very basic book for clients to track their progress.This has spaces for 6 sets, we do 3 each workout so each page has 2 days on it.A space for notes at the bottom too. Not a bunch of pages for stuff I don't use. Perfect and more affordable than others. So I can purchase and give to my clients when they have mastered their own fitness journey. KEEP SELLING THIS!!

An ADHD Office Worker Must-Have
I have ADHD and time management at work is one of my greatest struggles.I bought this notepad and now use it each morning to block out my day for the tasks I need to get done and it helps so much! I'll definitely buy it again when this one is used up!

ADHD Perfection
I can let go of a lot of the crap floating around my brain and not be anxious about forgetting something. I use a digital planner for long term planning but I always like pen and paper for the day so I don’t get overwhelmed.Pros:1. Durable design and heavyweight paper. Me likie the clear plastic cover!2. Great To-Do Planner!
I was struggling with a daily use planner, it just didn't match the touch-and-go of my life. This was a much better alternative to keep things on my radar and prioritize. I love it! We have two - one for me, one for my spouse.

Received with pages upside down?
Certainly is worth the money because it’s cheap and straightforward. The only thing I’m a little confused about is for my journal the first page is right side up, and then the rest of the pages are upside down. I’m still going to keep and use it but I’m just a little concerned that because the top portion is at the bottom edge of the notepad, it’ll get easily messed up from multiple factors.
