Works Great.
Love these, within 15 to 20 min of taking i start getting tired. The taste might need to change. To me it tastes like black licorice, and I'm not a fan, but will continue to use sense they work so well.

Horrible product and it is non-returnable. Tried it for 4 days and it did not help me fall asleep quickly, it certainly did not keep me asleep through the night, and every morning when I woke up I was sick to my stomach. I feel ripped off.help me to fall asleep quickly, certainly did not help keep me asleep

It works for me!
I’ve had trouble falling asleep, and melatonin really helped. I take it about 30 minutes before bed, and it gently eases me into sleep without making me feel groggy in the morning. No side effects so far. Definitely works for me!

I like the product, it works for me, however, my first order box had five empty briefs, the second one halfway through already two!

this is NOT a benign product
just one strip left me waking up with a "hangover" and massive headache. much more potent than described. this cannot be returned so consider that before purchase. it took 24 hours before i felt normal again.
