Works great, auto-off when full, fan is loud
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I spent a bunch of time shopping on Amazon for a battery charger that could charge a 100Ah LiFePO4 battery and saw a wide range of prices some approaching the cost of the battery itself. I eventually settled on this one based on the price and the ratings. I've now used it 3 or 4 times, and it works great.- Although you can select settings, when I plug it in, the charger automatically recognizes that it's a 12v LiFePO4 battery and starts charging. I just plug it in and go. I'm not sure if it always recognizes all battery types or not.- When charging is complete, the charger stops charging. As I understand it, this is probably the BMS system in the battery itself. I've got a DC House battery with Bluetooth and can watch it charge. After sitting at 100% for awhile (could have been 2-3 hours), the charger kicks off.- The fan is loud. If you're running this in your garage or basement, you're not going to care. If you were going to run it in your living room or bedroom, you're going to find it annoying. If I had paid more for this thing, I'd deduct a star, but I'm ok with the loud fan at this price point.

Great value and function
Had over discharged a 280 AH lifepo4 battery. This woke it back up and charged it. I was getting a bad battery reading on a lead acid battery and it wouldn't charge. I used the repair function on the battery and was able to start the van and use the battery normally. Display is easy to read even in full sun. Cords are nice and long. Battery terminal connectors are small enough for tight spaces and big enough to grab larger terminals. Have not used it on a 24v battery. Would buy again.

Reliable, Versatile, and Smart – A Must-Have Charger!
I’m thoroughly impressed with this 20-Amp Smart Battery Charger! It’s everything I needed and more. From charging and maintaining my car battery to keeping my boat and lawn mower batteries in top shape, this unit handles it all with ease. I really appreciate the versatility—it works perfectly with 12V and 24V systems and supports multiple battery types, including Lithium, LiFePO4, AGM, Gel, and SLA.What really stands out is the smart charging capability. It automatically detects battery condition and adjusts the charging cycle accordingly, so I don’t have to worry about overcharging or damage. The display is clear and easy to read, showing voltage, current, and charging progress. Plus, the trickle charge and maintainer features are perfect for keeping my deep-cycle batteries ready during the off-season.It’s compact, rugged, and simple to use—even for someone who’s not super technical. I highly recommend this charger for anyone looking for a high-performance, dependable battery charger and maintainer. Worth every penny!

Undocumented features?
I'm using this charger for the first time since buying it several months ago. I'm charging a standard Lead/Acid 12V battery that is reading 5V on my Fluke DMM. I chose the 10A setting, selected the AGM/Lead mode, and connected the unit as specified in the manual. It correctly identified the battery as a 12V unit and the (somewhat noisy) fan activated, along with the LCD display. The AGM/Lead selector button began flashing blue. I noticed immediately that the LCD display did not show any of the icons along the bottom of the display, which are shown in the user manual - win, sum, rep, and flt were nowhere to be seen. The left side of the LCD shows a battery capacity image, from 0 to 100%, in 20% increments, and these segments sequence upward while charging, presumably from the actual level of charge to 100. Interestingly, mine is cycling from 80% to 100, which is odd, given that 5V is less than 50% of a nominal 12V battery's capacity; 40% would be more accurate. I tried switching the charge mode to REPAIR, and sure enough, the "rep" icon appeared. I can only assume that the other icons (win/sum/flt) appear in other modes that I have not tried, or when the charge cycle completes. To the right of the battery capacity image, is a single, large numeric that cycles through several values, such as Temp (in °F and °C), Charge level selected, actual charge rate (in amp-hours?), and the battery voltage AT THE MOMENT (which is the charger voltage , depending on what current level is selected). It may show final battery voltage (and other "missing" information) when the charge cycle completes; I will have to wait & see. The far right LCD indication does accurately show that a 12V battery is connected. It would have been nice if the manual mentioned these things and gave a more detailed description of each function/indication. What IS in the manual is shown in 5 languages. I'd rather have ONE language, with more comprehensive information. The unit may work like a champ, but if I'm unable to access or understand its features, it's not nearly as useful to me. The design engineers obviously went to considerable effort to provide a full-featured charger; it's a shame those features can't be understood or accessed because the manual doesn't tell the end user how. It does have a 10' power cable; the charge cable is much shorter, and has smallish but nicely made clips. Both have connectors that allow them to be disconnected from the unit.

Works well
I’ve used the charger a few times now. It’s working as advertised and it works well. It’s good to see how much battery was used and how much is left to charge. I also like the the auto shut-off when the battery is charged. I’m giving a five-star review but only 4 stars are showing. 🤔

20Amp Multi Use Smart Battery Charger
The Smart Battery Charger works on Lithium, LiFePO4, and Lead-Acid batteries. Used for charging, Trickle, or Maintainer, works on any battery. It worked great on my dead motorcycle, ATV, and mower batteries; they all charged perfectly. The charger is compact, has a digital screen, is easy to operate, and has sturdy alligator clips for connecting to the battery. See the manual for proper settings of charging speed and voltage mode. Great price and item.
