Good laptop for the price +laptop bag as a gift, excellent communication with PCMART, easy through WhatsApp. I got the laptop in clean condition, super fast working. not FHD, but excellent. I bought it because the seller has a lot of good reviews, and it is true.

Laptop is ok but battery is bad
Received the laptop and switching it on it was fine however the battery is bad and have sent a message asking for a replacement battery but until now there has been no response!Not impressed!

Laptop Keyboard
This is my 2nd purchase of the same unit from same seller.The first laptop i bought, it had backlit keyboard.but the Second laptop i bought, it has no backlit keyboard. can this be replaced?

Amazing machine!
This is an i5 4 core/4 threads CPU laptop so total 8 cores, its CPU model is i5-8350u which is quite a fast processor. The system also came with 8 GB ram and 256 GB SSD.
