They are razor sharp, but keep them out of the dishwasher . I liked the contours on the handles. Reasonably priced for nice sharp pairing knives. Don’t think they are any less sharp than the so-called fancy brand names that are many times more expensive.

Sharp and a good hand fit.

These are quality knives. They are extremely sharp and feel well in the hand . Well worth the cost. These knives are used on a daily basis and have retained their edge for well over three months. My only word of caution is be careful as I have stated they are sharp.

After purchasing these, a lot of other knives stay in the block. Out of the package, they weren’t as sharp as I would have liked, but a few passes on a stone took care of that. I’ve been using these for a couple of months and all they’ve needed was an occasional touch up with a steel.

They’re a great set of casual knives but you should wash & dry them soon ish after using/not let them in the sink long because they’ll get rust spots.

I used to have a whole set of Henckels, they are quality knives. Saw this set for a crazy low price so I put them in the rv kitchen. Very useful. As long as your kids or husband doesn’t leave them in the garage or backyard, they will last a very long time.
