What a great kitchen tool. I have been using it to find hot spots on my grill and oven, been using it to see if my windows rlare leaking heat and checking how hot the water is out of the tap.

This thing is awesome. It really helps to know the leaf temp of my plants, also used it cooking (though I’m a chef i dont really need it) but it’s fun to just temp things, see how hot my PS5 is running or the temp of my grow lights. Like the USB-C charge.

Bought this to use in the kitchen. Works great and the red target dot also doubles at a cat toy!

GREAT thermometer.The "magnifying lens" display is kind of strange, however, it does NOT inhibit reading except you may need to move your head side-to-side to read left and right parts of display edges.Size is perfect, seems smaller than other devices of the same nature.

Gets you within a few degrees of what you're looking for but the design is kind of bad. There should be a loop or something so you can hang it somewhere or a magnet. You just have to sit it down in some random spot. Also the screen is VERY hard to read unless you have the correct angle when you're outdoors and it's sunny.It's OK but I'm sure there are better products or at least get this one on sale.

The media could not be loaded. I really like this infrared thermometer it’s got slick design nice feel easy to press button type C charging in my opinion makes it so much better because who wants to replace AAA’s 9 V batteries AAs. With this you could just charge it up and it’s good to go. This is good for many things like checking where he might be leaking out of your windows, checking the temperature of your oven, not so much for checking meat or something since it only does the surface temperature. I know this is robust since we use them in a commercial environment to check temperature. The battery last for a long time before you have to recharge it but so easy to do you just plug it Into a USB plug. The one I would say about this is you don’t get a carrying case. That would be so nice to have. it’s really easy to hold and use just press the button and when you want to read the temperature of something. I’ve seen infrared Thermometers that have the screen where you can see the different colors and temperatures but you don’t really need that. You just need to know the temperature, and you can figure out where heat is leaking, you can figure out where heat is leaking or if you’re AC is doing a good job. Don’t use this to check temperature on humans. it also is good to see how hot your car battery is getting. Or seeing where things might be too hot in your engine bay. This is rated to be able to detect up to 550°.

The display cannot be read on a bright sunny day. Using this for an outdoor Pizza oven may work great in the winter but not so much in the summer. Because of this I am going to need to buy another. If I could see it in the bright light I would have given it a 5 star review but the inability to read the display makes it unusable.
