Excellent Quality – Quiet, Supportive, and Perfect for Daily Use
I bought the FIT BOUNCE PRO II mainly for myself, as I live with lipedema and need to support my lymphatic system daily. This mini trampoline has become an essential part of my routine—I use it every morning without fail, and when I can, also before lunch and in the evening. What stands out the most is how quiet and soft the bounce is, which is incredibly important for my condition. It offers just the right amount of support without being jarring. The build quality feels excellent and very sturdy, giving me full confidence while exercising.I also really appreciate that it can be folded and stored away in the carry bag provided—a thoughtful and practical addition. Access to the online bounce exercise programme is another fantastic bonus that keeps my sessions varied and engaging.Delivery was impressively quick—it arrived the very next day—and set-up was straightforward and hassle-free. Even my 10-year-old daughter loves using it and spends loads of time bouncing (safely, of course!).Overall, I’m absolutely delighted with this purchase. It is highly recommended for anyone looking for a gentle but effective way to move their body, especially if they are dealing with conditions like lipedema or looking to support their lymphatic health.

I love it!
I'll begin by saying I've had this for two days and I've spent about 4 hours exercising on it and I love it.When I removed it from the packaging some of the bungee cords had fallen off but they're easy enough to loop under and over and connect to the hooks. I unfolded it and set it up with ease and then tried folding it away. I'd recommend you watch a YouTube video on this (Closing Fit Bounce Pro by Rebound Fitness helped me) bit tricky at first and will take a few goes to get used to it but I managed by myself. Also opened it by myself though the manual suggests two people)I then put it back in the bag just to see how easy it would be to put away after every use and then a bunch more bungee cords came loose and fell off... Took about 5 min to put them all back on so I'm not sure if I was too rough or if they just come off easily when it's folded. So I've kept it set up in the garage and used it in there and the back garden and I absolutely love it. It felt like a bit of a risk spending £237 on a mini trampoline but I'm glad I did. It is silent other than the sound of your feet landing on the mat - no annoying squeaks or creaks which I'm guessing the spring trampolines get (based on the amazon reviews I've read for the cheaper options). So how is it to exercise on? It's fantastic. It's fun and it feels like zero impact on your joints. I did loads yesterday and expected to be sore today but I wasn't. My fitbit tracked the exercise automatically and I did 12k steps (I didn't leave the house yesterday) and burned hundreds of calories. To do that and not feel sore (though believe me I was sweating from the workout!) is great.I was doing bounces, high knees, star jumps, sit ups (really comfy for your back to lie on the trampoline and do them) and jogging /walking.I feel I'm relatively fit, I can cycle 40+ miles out on my bike no problem but I cannot jog without injuring my groin. I tried the couch to 5k app in the first lockdown and I was just in so much pain from it that I had to quit. I'm so pleased to have found an exercise that is as fun as cycling but also one I can do from home. My heart rate is in the fat burning zone or cardio zone when I'm bouncing around listening to music and comedy podcasts so I'm very pleased with my purchase. My advice if you're tempted to try 'rebounding' is go for this one - yes it's expensive but it's a quality bit of equipment that is extremely quiet but will get your heart rate racing. My goal now is to make sure I use it every day. I know it's easy to stop a new exercise regime but I'm confident I won't because it's so fun to use!I wasn't paid or refunded any money to leave this review and I bought it with my own money.Update - after two weeks I've used it every day and I've lost about 1kg so far. It really gets my heart racing and I watch stuff on my laptop whilst I'm exercising. I like how I can have a tough workout or just a more gentle jogging on the spot workout... I can easily do around 5k steps in the morning before work that way, I absolutely love it!Update 2 - down to 72kg now, was 76kg when I bought this. Absolutely love it. I don't see how you wouldn't lose weight if you use this every day... I've mostly just been jogging on the spot for 40 min each morning before work and the time flies by.

Fantastic Piece of Equipment!
Absolutely awesome!! I spent a huge amount of time researching the difference between bungee and spring loaded rebounders which is vital before choosing wether it is right for you and your body. Everyone has differing needs and reasons for this type of equipment and exercise. I used to to run and use the gym regularly as well as attend many high impact fitness classes. Unfortunately I now have arthritis top and bottom of my spine which affects my hips, neck, shoulders and knees and I’m only in my early fifties with the hunger and urge to still exercise. Yoga and Pilates doesn’t really get my heart rate up enough for a good cardio workout and being pre-menopause trying to keep the weight down just becomes frustrating!!! However, I have FINALLY found a sport that is very low impact yet increases my heart rate and gives me a feeling of achieving a great cardio workout!! This rebounder is expensive (although not as expensive as some) but you have to invest in something of high quality and made to the highest of standards in order to prevent damaging your body through using poorly made and cheap equipment. I love the fact you can fold it down and store away although I have used this everyday since purchasing it. The video that comes free with it gives you various workouts to follow and even shows you the basics if your are new to rebounding which of course I am. You also get a life time access to their online workouts and options to subscribe to other coaches and instructors after having free trials if you so wish. I decided that the bungee option was the best purchase for me and the conditions I have as it has a much softer landing and I’m absolutely delighted with my choice. It took me a while to purchase simply down to cost but my body and well-being deserved the purchase and I have no regrets. My hips and knees have not hurt once using this and not even the day after the day after as they always did with running or Body Combat, I have even done a HIT class exercise on this rebounder without any burning pain in my joints!! Definitely value for money in my opinion and a fantastic piece of equipment! If you want high impact results after a low impact workout then this is definitely worth buying!
