Purchase 11/2019 Reviewed 2/2024. This item is still functioning & working well. It has a variety of sounds to choose from & you can set a timer for how long to play the sounds. The audio on mine is still clear, I had another sound machine & after a while the sounds kinda became garbled - the ones on this are still clear. The only thing I don't like, which I don't like in any device in the bedroom, incl. clocks is lighted buttons. That small little light seems to take over the whole room, so I lay a thick cloth over the buttons, & still the sound comes thru clear. I will buy again if the one I have stops working.

I purchased this to place under my electric fireplace. The fireplace sound is extremely authentic, and adds a great deal of ambience. Prior to setting it up, I listened to some of the other sounds. While all sounded great, I would recommend that the manufacturer allow for lower volume settings. I use the lowest setting for the crackling sound of the fireplace, but did notice that some of the other sounds are a little loud, even at the lowest setting. With that said, I give this 5 stars, as it works perfectly for my needs.

This is a quality made product which works well. It has multiple settings which include nature sounds and a music setting. It has a timer for 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. I bought it to help put me to sleep and I am out before the timer stops. I took off one star because the volume does not adjust low enough to use at the bedside without bothering my spouse. It is not bluetooth so you would have to wear earbuds so I can't use it every night.

before we got this device, my wife was using her phone. Now she can use this sleep machine anywhere and not have to worry about her phone losing its charge.the variety of sounds is an added bonus. you can take it anywhere and it can run on batteries.

Such a shame, love most features & the presets, but I can't use the headset outs to drive external speakers to gain any bass sound. I don't think it would've cost them a dime to extend frequencies into lower ranges to the headset output. ...the built-in speakers are tiny, of course, but other than no bass, the sound seemed acceptable. But I'm returning mine due to no bass signal via the headset outs.

Great product I use this in our spa room. I keep it on the spa music. But it does a lot of sounds. Great price too!

Love listening to this when I go to bed at night. Very calming to go yo sleep by!

Had to return. Heard "background" noises like people talking and music playing. For example, after listening to the "brook" for an hour plus, I could hear music playing softly in the background. On another track, I could a person saying something. How hard is it to record these sounds without talking or playing music?! Most of the tracks are like that.
