Great for Sourdough
This is the best flour for Sourdough without question. I’ve tried loads of different ones but always come back to this. Good price. Sometimes a bit short dated (although not out of date) so 1 star deducted. Otherwise good value product which consistently performs.

Top quality flour
This flour is the topsI used to use it professionally in our bakery for rolls, sweet dough and my version of a French stick, and Marriages bakers flour for ordinary,but very good, white bread.The stronger the flour,the more water can be added and the proofing process can be extended to create light and fluffy rolls at home.
