Very spacious
I love this Pet Mate enclosed litter box for my large cat. She has plenty of space to move around comfortably, and the enclosed design keeps odors and litter mess under control. It’s surprisingly lightweight, which makes it easy to move and clean when needed. The hinged lid adds to the convenience, making scooping quick and hassle-free. My cat took to it right away and seems to appreciate the privacy. Overall, it’s design is simple but very sturdy, and very spacious. Its a good low maintenance option that suits larger cats without taking up too much space.

The best litter box I’ve had
We were having a problem with our cat accidentally peeing right where the top and bottom of our traditional litter box comes together. Tried this and it works so much better for our cat and I don’t notice the smell. Also it helps keep litter inside the box.

Extra Large but not heavy duty.
The plastic isn’t very thick, I’m hoping the cat litter doesn’t bow the sides. I think the opening could be a couple inches smaller. I have a large 9 lb cat and it’s a very large entrance. I like that the top has a couple different sized holes to allow any litter on the paws to fall back into the box. I’ve just cleaned it and put litter in it, the cat so far isn’t quite sure of it.

Minor annoyance makes this less than perfect, but still the best for the price
Pretty good litterbox. It's got a nice square shape that's a good fit for a flat-fronted scooper (no irritating round corners) and the box itself is solid. The lid is bit lighter than I expected and feels a bit cheap. My only real gripe is that there's a small circle of slightly elevated plastic inside the box on the bottom in the center that my scooper can catch on. That's the only significant reason this is still not as good as the old and discontinued Clevercat boxes. Still, for what's available today at a relatively low price, this is the best I could find.

Finally a tall litter box for extra tall cats
My cat is super tall, almost as tall as this box. He had a difficult time with other top entry boxes due to his height. The design and dimensions make it easier for him to do his business without discomfort. The quality isn’t terrible either. The lid does have a habit of falling off despite the hooks, and the scoop hook is a great little addition for keeping the litter box space tidy. I have a second box and both my cats prefer to use this one because it’s much deeper and taller. More convenient and comfortable for them. It’s not a heavy box, easy to maneuver and clean. Would recommend to anyone with tall cats.

Convenient
Deep enough secure enough that the dog can’t get in it

Pretty good, but hard to find litter liners to fit these
We recently acquired a cat that has "elevator butt" (as Jackson Galaxy has termed it) -- he dips his hips but slowly raises it up as he pees, and soon enough it's a pee waterfall all over the floor, much to my chagrin. We've already had high-sided litter boxes with lids, but to no avail (apparently he also likes to pee with his butt facing the entrance, sigh). He also likes to flick litter all over the place with a vengeance -- he's such a punk, but I digress. So I decided to get a top-entry litter, and came across this one. The hole is just right for my sweet 3-y.o.11-lb girl, and the [currently] 9-mo. 8-lb little stinker. I did not need to break them in -- I simply moved the kitty litter from the old box to this, and they sniffed around and got to using it in no time.My cats like to claw through litter liners, though -- so I needed at least a 2-mil thickness, and there are VERY few tall litter liners that fit this box. I have another litter box that uses the Fresh Kitty 2-mil jumbo litter liners, however, they DO NOT fit this litter box -- the jumbo litter liners will not fit around the lip of the litter box so I can clamp it in place. None of my tall trash bags also fit, so for the first few days I had just tape my current litter liner into the box so it stays in place, but that is hardly a long-term solution. I tried searching for other extra-strength trash bags and ended up with the "Brute Super Tuff 20 Gallon Size Compactor/kitchen Bags", but while the height was more than enough, the diameter still is a couple inches too small to pull over the lip -- I just cut slits down the top of the bags just so they can fit better over the lip. Not the best solution, but it works for now. I'm going to ask around if the $10 liner that is specifically made for this box is worth it, otherwise, I'll just look for bigger trash bags that are claw-proof.Also, the lid is hinged on one side, which is nice for conveniently flipping it up and scooping the dirt, however, it makes litter liners all the more harder to put in place because of the hinge -- I prefer a typical snap-on lid for this box. The holes on the lid is a nice touch to keep litter tracking at a minimum. This is not a bad litter box -- I would've loved it if it weren't so awkwardly sized and if there are a plethora of liners that I can choose from to fit this. So I think this is pretty good if you typically don't use litter liners, but if you're the litter-liner sort of person like me, you probably would be better looking for another type of box.

Good litter box
Nothing wrong with it. Does what it’s supposed to do.
