Dependable and Compact 12V Backup Power
This battery is a strong choice for providing reliable power in emergency lighting, alarm systems, or UPS units. I recently used it to replace an aging battery in my backup power setup, and it performed smoothly from day one.The battery is fully sealed, with no leaks or maintenance needed—just set it and forget it. At 7.2 Ah, it’s small enough to fit into tight spaces, but still offers hours of backup time for low-power devices. The terminals are sturdy and accept standard connectors easily, making installation quick and simple. One thing to note: like all lead-acid batteries, it works best when stored in a cool, dry place and charged periodically to maintain peak performance. Also, it’s heavier than lithium options, so expect a bit of heft when handling.Overall, the Mighty Max ML7-12 SLA Battery is a well-built, easy-to-install, and reliable power source. It’s a smart option for anyone needing standby or backup power without fuss or frequent upkeep.

El Toro Loco Battery Replacement
Perfect Replacements for my son’s El Toro Loco Ride on. It was a direct replacement that fit inside the battery case. I had to unsolder the connectors. Took me 10 mins to swap them solder and heat shrink. Car runs great and batteries changed the way the car drives.

Keep the UPS Alive
Replacements for a UPS. Work well. Replaced the old batteries in an old UPS and we're back up and protected. Tests all showed full charge. Discharge as expected, so ready for another outage now.

Good value.

Works great
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I used this battery in conjunction with one I already owned for a radio controlled lawnmower. Both are Mighty Max and identical. They arrived fully charged and hold their charges as expected.

No complaints. Simple battery. Seems decent.
Threw it in my home alarm panel, plug and play have a nice day. Will be buying a second for my other panel.Haven't tested extensively for capacity or duration to backup power my panel but 99% of the time it only needs to be for less than 10 seconds and so far it's plenty capable of that.Nothing to report on weight, it's as heavy as you'd expect a battery this size to be. Value for the money seems fair.

Works fine so far in my CyberPower UPS. The CyberPower software has no problem with it.
Based on reviews and price, I chose this compared to the actual CyberPower replacement battery. The specs are the same CyberPower RB1270B. I really wanted to find a LiFePO4 equivalent which should last much longer and handle many more charge cycles, but I couldn't find any that seemed proven over a period of time.I installed the Mighty Max battery and let it charge for over 24 hours (though I'm guessing that 8 or 9 hours would have been plenty) before testing the battery. It tests as having a 100% capacity and seemed to work fine. The proof of how good/bad the battery is will be over time. Being a standard sealed lead acid battery, I'm assuming it should be fairly average when it comes to battery life, performance, etc.

Good and Bad
The good: They're cheap and they fit my Verizon FIOS system perfectly. The bad: They don't last very long. Purchased mine in October 2022 and it only lasted until January 2025 (2 years 3 months). This compares to about 8 years of life from the original battery Verizon installed. Sure, Verizon will come install a new one but it's about ten times as expensive. What went wrong: Per my battery tester, voltage and amp hours both measure OK but the internal resistance is now very very high for an AGM battery at about 47 mOhms (an AGM battery can be as low as 3 mOhms.)
