The stimulator is really comfortable. It is very easy to put on doesn’t hurt or rub uncomfortably. It is very portable and easy to move around while wearing. I like that I can clean the house or just relax and watch TV all while wearing this. It has 6 different modes and 19 intensity levels. I appreciate that it offered so much variety because I definitely needed to start out on some of the lower intensity levels at the beginning in order to get used to the device. Once I did, though, I found it very relaxing and could really feel it working. I also like how each mode really feels like you’ve done an entirely different exercise. The stimulator itself is extremely easy to use. You spray a little water on the stimulator and it is ready to go. I will continue to use this and I’m looking forward to seeing the results.

Easy to use with supplied usb cable. The battery and the controls are on a small box that easily attached to band with magnetic controls. And isn’t cumbersome or bulky, if you are sitting with your back in a chair. I bought this actually for my back pain. I used tens devices previously, but you are limited with movement, as well as the wires and connectors never stayed in place. I could tell the difference immediately for my back. I can see how this would really do the job for abs. Unlike other devices, this has a massage feature, which is a good cooldown after use.

Great addition to my routine. I have been using it twice a day for the last week and I can definitely feel and see a difference. I love the fact that I can wear it under my clothes while working on house shores so it doesn't take time away. I recommend you start on the low settings and work your way up working on tolerance. The velcro works nice to keep it in place and the battery holds charge. Im very impressed with the quality for the price. Great buy

I'm going to give this a 4 because as good as it's being, wondering how far it will take me... only on level 3, haven't even maxed yet. Price is decent. Padding electricrods are nice because you don't have to worry about extra stuff or cost...
