IT Works . I have bought so many support belts for my hip pain . None of them come down low enough . This one does . I ordered the large but its a little to long . Going to keep it because it works . I just had a Corner Lock 3d, SI joint fusion. My doctor has recommended a SI belt for some time so I finally gave it a try. It is very comfortable which was shocking to me because things like that usually bother me a lot. It’s been breathable so far too, I put it on my bare skin nothing under, I haven’t been outside in the heat much with it yet. The instructions were easy to understand but I would have liked more detail on how tight to make it. This has been so helpful the pain in the joint feels relief I can walk around more and stand longer, sitting is even more comfortable. The Velcro is strong and in every spot you could need it so that you don’t get snagged or have a floppy end. It feels very well made and like it will be durable. If you are having SI pain I would recommend getting this.

I got this when I was in a lot of pain with my very low back, and it provided a good level of support without being overly restrictive. I have another firmer/thicker “back belt” but sometimes that was just too much. This allowed me to trade off and still have some support when I needed a break from the heftier one. It is easy to get on and off, and the regular fit me fine (34” waist for pants, 6’, 150 lbs). I usually wore it under my clothes but with a thin tee shirt layer tucked under it so it didn’t chafe, but the few times I didn’t add another layer it was fine and stayed put, thanks to the little gel type grips (see photo).

If you are suffering from sciatica that seems to be buried deep in your glutes and radiates down the side of your leg? Get this. The relief is near instantaneous. Love love love! Size is true. I'm 5'0 and 136lbs. I ordered the M. I have a L5 fracture and the wait to get into a specialist feels like an eternity. My PT recommended I order this while I wait for an appointment. I ordered another brand first and it wasn't as supportive. This was instant relief. I still am struggling with bending over but this has helped with mobility overall.

I have sciatica, bilateral spinal stenosis, and degeneration in my lumbar spine that causes me pain. This belt definitely brought some relief, and I could see it being better for someone with just sciatica, but unfortunately it was not right for me.It is very well made, comfortable to wear for prolonged periods of time, provides a good amount of support, and is very easy to put on once you get it figured out.
