It does have a foul smell at first when turning it on to see if it works, but except for the smell, it works perfectly and cooks fast and also easy to keep in a storage.

Absolutely delighted by this hobb. And has (mostly) replaced the main cooker ! Outstanding quality and which quickly generates he heat required. It is easy to clean and seem strong enough to last. A welcome and prized addition to the kitchen

Value for money what I like is that you can switch off and the rings will still be warm for a good while when I cook veg bring to the boil I switch off and they will still keep on cooking for a good few minutes I’ve bought another one for my Campervan to use when on electric hook up 👍

Lasted about a year but we used it everyday whilst our house was being renovated. If it’s for occasional use it should be fine. Takes a while to heat up tho wouldn’t t buy again.

I've got a very small kitchen and my ceramic hob is too small for my paella pan, so i thought I'd try a plug in hob and it does the job perfectly, easy to store away and use just when I need some extra space.
