Works like I hoped it would.
Just assembled my new fan. I did not expect to have to assemble so many pieces. Having said that, it was done in 15 minutes. If you follow the instructions, it can be done. Some of the pieces could have been described better, but I got it figured out. It works amazing and the remote makes it super easy to change speeds and movement. I would buy it again, but it should indicate that some assembly is required.5 star for performance, 4 star for ease of assembly.

The best there is now. Stop looking...
An excellent fan actually made of metal! If it was made in USA instead of China it would be perfect! But it's as close to perfect as possible for now. Hopefully soon we can stop building up the Chinese economy and start building up our own with manufacturing in the USA and employing our people again thanks to long needed tariffs on Chinese goods finally leveling the playing field! The fan it replaced was a bigger 20" plastic lasko but this one having a 16" metal blade pushes as much or more air! Much heavier than a plastic pedestal fan but not unwieldy to Move Around. It looks Good And the extra price is easily made up for in observable quality and substance by being metal. It's not just another cheap plastic pedestal fan. The metal blade pushes air better than a plastic one does. I have a big Vornado floor model from the 60s built like a tank that still works great and really moves the air. I know this won't have that longevity but nothing does anymore. I'm happy someone at least still makes a metal house fan. Best one to buy.

Seems exceptional quality on its price range!
Just returned another fan (different brand) that fell apart as soon as I opened this box, so this was an extra NICE surprise! Sturdy packaging helped parts arrived unbroken (thankfully.) The weight of the stand and pole are exceptional, imo! I've had several fans I've had to duct tape like crazy to make sure they didn't fall over! These are sturdy. Not very hard to put together, either. Took me about a half hour (female, nearly 70, 100 lbs.) I figure if I can do it, most others can too.The instructions are mostly clear, though set in a very SMALL point size. (It would be very helpful if the instructions were larger in size.)So far, the fan is blowing beautifully! I like I don't need to worry about it tipping (though I do worry a bit about my mechanical abilities, lol.)Overall it's a beautiful, high-quality looking fan that I expect to last a good 5, or more, years! We shall see.***, I rated this only four stars because the instructions are so small I had to use a magnifying glass and flashlight, atop my bright house lights.

Fan might be burning out motor at night
I would give this fan 5 stars but the first one i had, one day at night I started smelling something burning and the fan was off. It was 4am so I had no clue what it was so I was running around the house trying to find an electrical fire. Another night same thing but I figured out it was the fan because it stopped working. So I contacted the maker and they did good customer service and sent me a refund, so I bought another one (because aside from that it was the best coolest fan I've ever had)Now here I am with the new one waking up around 4am smelling same thing..... same thing. I unplugged it and the smell lasted all morning. IDK if it's messing with my circuits or what but I only have that issue with this fan going overnight. And I must sleep with fan on at night. So I can't do it anymore. This one is still working even though I smelled it last night but just like the other one, it'll prob do it twice and burn out. There's a small possibility the house circuit just can't handle it but... IDK. I got 3 fans and this is the only problem one. I've slept with other ones in my room.

Work as good as it looks!
Fan has an amazingly nice "classic" look to it. For it's size it's better than average for moving air and and is pretty quiet while running. The remote controls are really intuitive and really didn't take a lot of time to figure out. The one we are replacing this with will find another place in our house where the noise isn't annoying (garage) to finish out it's existence and when it finally dies it will get replace by another one of these. If you have an old home that deserves appliances with a classic look, this is a must have!

Worth the price
I bought this hoping that "you get what you pay for". I was correct. Well built mostly metal product, weighted round metal base, set screws for height actually hold, and easy assembly. The description the site gives is accurate. I am happy with my purchase.

The ONLY fan to purchase!!!
I was on the fence about spending $75 for a fan but when I tell you it is worth every penny it truly is!! This thing is beautiful and really circulates the air around! I’d rate it 10 stars if I could.

Looks great, no oscillating via remote.
Aesthetically , this fan fits the bill. It’s very nice looking and it’s both quiet and has a nice air movement even on low. One oddity is that although it does oscillate, you have to manually do it. The remote has a button for oscillation, but it doesn’t seem to work. I wouldn’t necessarily call us a value for the money, but it both looks good as quiet and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
