Easy set up and use!

This Exercise/birth ball is awesome! Beautifully packaged, came with a wonderful book full of tips and tricks while pregnant and in labor. The pump is nice, but it takes a little while to inflate, so if you are looking for a ball that you can easily deflate and re-inflate, I would try to find a different pump. I got the silver color and it’s beautiful, and the ball itself is very durable, thick material. I am 5’3”, I got the 65 cm and it was the perfect size for me! I would say if you are any taller than 5’7” roughly, you might want to go with the 75cm size. Overall, great purchase and excellent product for the price. Highly recommend!!

Really have enjoyed using this ball as a new parent to bounce my daughter to sleep. Only downside is it has lost its seal. It begins to deflate and needs to be pumped up every couple days now.

I use this far more postpartum than I did while pregnant, to bounce miss baby to sleep. Really, she loves this thing!!

I really loved having this ball during my pregnancy. Towards the end, it was the only comfortable seat in the house for me! It was very durable, was a great value for money, and never leaked! I highly recommend reading and following the directions for how to blow up the ball. I decided to try to use the pump with my hands, but that was a big mistake. It took me hours, and I didn’t even get it fully blown up. The next morning, I actually followed the directions, and it only took me minutes to blow it up! It was difficult to get the pin out of the ball when I needed to add more air (which I needed to do a few times as the plastic stretched out), but I count this as a pro, as I was never worried about air leaks. I also appreciated the book the ball came with suggestions on how to use it! I would recommend this ball for very pregnant woman! I wish I would’ve ordered it sooner!

The ball itself is fine but the sizing recommendations are very off. Based on the chart I fall right in the middle of the 65cm but when fully inflated, my knees are higher than hips… and I don’t exactly have the longest legs. I don’t know if they sent me the wrong size but I’d recommend sizing up to be safe.UPDATE: what excellent customer service. The seller reached out and offered to either replace the product with the larger size or provide a full refund to correct the issue, even well after the original window. Very grateful and makes me feel a lot more comfortable buying from them in the future.

Bought this in my second trimester, nice that it came with a book on things to do. Stretches did not seem to help too much for me, my back still hurt but it was nice in the moment.
