Q: this does come with the inner tie rods and boots right?

Mine did but obviously did not come with the outters. Mine has been working well for about 3k miles.

Ya I didn't do it because I cleaned it and painted it before I installed it. You should replace tie rod ends also. My Tundra has 200k plus on it . The old rack rusted out.
