My children are half Japanese and we make a LOT of rice. I saw this seasoning and had to try it. I loved the tin it comes in. It makes sifting onto the rice super easy, you can add a lot or a little. I have to admit, I also used the seasoning on my eggs in a basket yesterday and it was very good. So to me it has a variety of uses, not just on fried rice. The quality of the tin is good so it would look nice sitting in your spice rack, the price was right and overall it was a great purchase. I would recommend and will repurchase again in the future (very near future if I find more things to use it on)

Great spices for the fried rice. Love this brand. I have 5 or 6 different spices and sugar blends. Works great and has a magnetic bottom for easy storage. Definitely will keep this brand available in my kitchen
