Had wisdom teeth + 2 others removed and this was a godsend! Love the timer function. Easy to put on. Easy to clean. Comfortable and warm!

Overall, I’m very pleased with this product. It does what it intends and is easy to use. My only complaint is that it doesn’t get hot enough, but that’s probably for safety reasons. Definitely helps my neck and jaw pain.

Really had high hopes for this product because I have awful TMJ and heat really does help. Item arrived quickly, packaging of the item was very nice and instructions for use were very clear. Followed instructions for connecting the USB cord to the adapter and plugged it into the outlet. Started on the lowest setting and after 15 minutes had no noticeable heat. Tried medium heat and after 15 minutes, barely hit 90 degrees. Bumped up to the highest setting and even after 20 minutes, it had only reached 94.6 degrees...not even body temperature. I tried looking at the troubleshooting section in the instructions but I was already doing everything it said to do. I tried a different outlet just in case it was the wall outlet I used but still - nothing - this time only reaching 92 degrees on high. Very disappointed because this looked so promising.

I have been using this for my TMJ for a week or so now. Its a pretty good product but I have noticed that if you go beyond the first 15 minutes the heat drops to practically nothing to the point it is basically off.

It does not get that hot. I had it on the highest setting (of 3) and after 30 minutes it was still what I would only consider warm. My husband wasn’t surprised because he said it only draws 10 watts of power, so buyer beware. Also, the description skims over it, but the cord ends in a rectangular USB and they provide a wall converter, so I should have known.

I didn’t read the returns as to why people frequently return this, but it has been a lifesaver for me. I would buy it again.
