My teeth were terribly discoloured after a long stint in hospital, so I thought I would give this a go. I’m so glad I did because they work!! And they work really well. Don’t just take my word for it, read the reviews from other people who have used them. It’s really easier to use them and if you get stuck there is a few videos. I've been using these for a week now. I drink at least one mug of black tea each day usually so my teeth were looking a bit yellow and I tried most toothpastes that claim to whiten but they only got so far, and never really white, so I thought I'd try these. I did notice a difference in the colour after the first use but it wasn't like I had a mouth full of LED lights, more like slightly less yellow than they were before but still yellow. I persevered, using them for one hour each day for 7 days as advised in the instructions. My teeth are much cleaner and they are definitely less yellow than they were a week ago but they are still not what I would call white. The claims of "up to 8 shades whiter in 7 days" seems a bit optimistic in my experience but I'm pleased with the results so far so maybe it just needs a bit more usage.I have learned that teeth are a yellow colour beneath the enamel which wears thin as we age so perhaps that's part of the problem, i.e. some peoples teeth are naturally yellow and will never fully whiten with a product like this. I guess only trial and error will tell.You basically get two strips in each packet; one for the upper teeth one for the lower and by using the included mouth opening device are fairly easy to place over the teeth. You then leave them in for 30-60 minutes while a gel forms beneath the strips onto the teeth. Then you simply peel them off and wash off any remaining gel to reveal your slightly less yellow teeth. They feel a bit weird in your mouth but not uncomfortable and have a slightly minty flavour.I get the impression from some other reviews that they are leaving the plastic mouth opener in for the 30-60 minutes while the strips do their thing and complaining that it hurt but you don't actually do this. You only need it while you are putting the strips on!All in all, they work better than whitening toothpastes, but I feel are not always going to achieve a beautifully white set of gnashers unless you more or less have that to start with.

I cannot recommend enough. I m on second batch. I tried the first one in March after I had a professional whitening and I didn’t follow the instructions to not drink or eat anything that will stain. Absolutely amazing results. The price grew a bit, however is worth it. Please be advised that it does make your teeth sensitive and you still have to brush after eating/drinking to keep the result. Still I absolutely recommend them x

I like how these gently remove the stains. I don’t often lean towards strips, but these were gentle enough that I can use them regularly. I’d say, if you are someone who has a diet with lots of tea, coffee, wine etc. then having these are worthwhile as a regular maintenance strip. I cut them in half so that they last longer too.

Worked a bit but i’d recommend getting the larger pack, only a week of patches won’t do much

Great product, I’ve only been using for a week or so and I’m already noticing a great difference in my teeth! 2 shades whiter so far. Only issue is I wish the strips were a bit longer and wider as I struggle with applying the strips all the way to the back of the teeth. Other than this these strips are great! Easy to use, comes with easy to read instructions, a mouth opener tool and a shade chart so you can see what shade your teeth are and gauge your progress.

Have used other teeth whitening products with varying degrees of success but these have been instant in their promise. I noticed a change immediately after first use - not miraculous but definitely whiter. I will keep using. The packaging is worthy of a more expensive product and the instructions and all other items in the box are a great touch.

I personally thought these were really good and whilst it doesn’t work quite as well as the adverts make out (I didn’t look like I’ve gone out and got veneers) the whitening was noticeable enough that my husband could see a difference when he came home without being prompted. As he has been known to completely miss when I’ve changed my hair colour, I would say it’s a testament to its whitening capabilities.It is a little bit tricky to apply them because as soon as they touch any moisture in your mouth, they just stick and then they can wrinkle up so I did end up going through a couple while I got used to applying them but I do have quite a narrow mouth so this probably didn’t help. I applied them and left them for the full amount of time whilst I was watching TV and although they felt weird and I could feel them in my mouth, they weren’t uncomfortable or restrictive.At the end it simply says to remove the tape and swill your mouth, but I could fill the gel in my mouth so I did clean my teeth with a toothbrush and toothpaste to alleviate the horrible texture in my mouth but it didn’t taste unpleasant; just like a very thick gel.I personally do not think that it lasted very long and think you would get better results using a whitening toothpaste consistently with each teeth clean but if you wanted them to look whiter for a special occasion, then it would do the trick. I would say within a few days, I wasn’t able to notice it as much as I previously had been able to.If you are looking for a longer lasting result, then I would say you would be better going to your dentist and having a whitening treatment done but for a one off for an event or consistent use, they definitely make a difference
