Outstanding. Been using for years. 200mg in am. Now, added backa again 200mg in PM. I did take Cell Food Sam-e drops for.a couple years, then, bought the incorrect Cell Food...so took the tablets, again. I had them for a while in the foil bubblepacks and they were still in perfect shape. The Cell food is Sam-e in liquid suspension. Tastes bitter but I got used to it. I say that to point out that if the shell on the tablets is melty, it doesn't ruin the product. It will.just have som bitter taste. I really like Treasure Trove quality, and the price is affordable. You won't go wrong with their producta.

Amazing help to my old doggo who was showing signs of dementia by pacing and not sleeping at night. Pacing has been much less and most nights he sleeps all night so peacefully.

Works well with super b complex

This is sometimes effective for me in boosting my mood, but I've noticed some side effects as well. The pros are that this gives me an even keel mood state where I just feel content. This is a lower dose than is recommended for Sam-e. I typically take it in the morning or before lunch at the latest. I have noticed that it doesn't really give me energy, but makes me feel a bit sleepy. Sometimes I have minor stomach cramps with this too.

This brand is great! I've never received anything by this brand that was expired or not great quality! The only issue I have is shipping takes a while, but it's well worth the wait!
