Very nice looking and very lightweight
I am very impressed so far with this rollator. I ordered the purple one as I am a younger person and I didn't want something boring or overly masculine. This is very lightweight compared to other rollators I've used. I can lift it by myself into the back of my car easily. The extra padding on the seat is very nice. The fabric basket seems durable enough but it's not very deep. I will probably switch it out with something that meets my needs better. It was very easy to assemble and I didn't need any tools except a knife to cut all the zip ties off. It fits through all the doorways in my house as well. I do wish the hand brakes were shaped a little differently but I am not sure how to improve them. The hand grips themselves are pretty comfortable for me. I have hand issues and it doesn't seem to aggravate them. The cup holder isn't so great. It's very thin and meant for a small water bottle so I don't think I'll ever use it. The cane holder works well with my experience so far.

Solid and smooth, I like the larger wheels; the accessories don't really work
I ordered this rollator because I liked the idea of its being heavy duty and with a wider seat. It certainly is heavier-duty than the ones I am used to, and seems very sturdy. It was relatively easy to assemble, but I would strongly suggest requesting assistance if you have issues with lifting heavier things (the main unit lifts out of the box as one piece) or assembling metal items that might pinch or fall. It will require a strong hand to tighten two large plastic knobs and some dexterity to handle all of the pieces accordingly for assembly. I also had to adjust the brakes to make them work properly, which takes tools that are not included (pliers and 8/10mm wrenches). Also make sure the heads for the two bolts for the handlebars fit into the holes shaped for them on the main body.I could not figure out how to effectively use the included accessories - the cane holder bottom makes sense (except it installs on the opposite leg than the manual says), but the velcro wrap included to hold the shaft of the cane is insufficient, in my opinion, and will require a better solution (a longer velcro strap would be the simplest). And the cup holder... isn't. I couldn't find any way/place to attach it that it stayed put and didn't just dump my drink on the ground or on the rollator. I just gave up on it after it scratched the black paint pretty badly.Once assembled, the rollator was easy to use and operates like the others I have used. It is a bit heavier, for being heavy-duty and able to support more weight, which means it will be a little harder to lift into a vehicle if you are used to a standard-duty one. It folds easily for transport. The brakes work okay (pull up to brake, click firmly down to lock). There is plenty of room to sit and the seat is reasonably comfortable. And the storage bag under the seat provides a nice amount of space to tote things about. The one thing that I have not been able to effectively use is the "curb-climbing" feature. You are supposed to be able to press down with your foot on big tabs behind the rear wheels to elevate the front end to get it up a curb. I tried and tried and couldn't make that work for me. It was easy enough for me to walk to the curb, stop, tilt the whole rollator back on its rear wheels, place them on the curb, push forward and then lift the rear wheels up and step up.All-in-all, this seems to be a good rollator that pretty much does what it should. Having a heavy-duty option for well below $200 ($139.99 right now) is great, in my opinion.

Not made well
This walker is very unsafe. It wobbles when I'm holding onto it. The brakes are on and it still moves. It looks like it's sturdy, but it's not at all. I just got someone to put it together for me. So it's been more than 30 days so I'm stuck with a crappy & unsafe walker. I'm disabled and I have no balance. The seat came with a broken part on the seat. This company needs to learn how to make a safe sturdy walker. I gave it 1 star, it doesn't even deserve that. Sorry for the bad review. Im being honest. I dont recommend this to any disabled or elderly person.

Great Buy.
Love the purple color and sturdiness of this piece. Pretty easy to assemble and works perfectly for my mom in her home. Folds up easily too.

Sturdy
Sturdy build and not too heavy. Doesn’t fit sideways in the back of my minivan but I loaded it wheels in first.

Heavy Duty
This product is awesome, well made, we were very pleased with it. The only problem is that this product does not fit through a standard residential door easily. I highly recommend this product if you're at a nursing facility, because it's such a nice product. Unfortunately, it's just a little bit too big to maneuver through residential home doors.
