Works great and is convenient for clean up!
We have used this twice and its worked amazingly every time! I love that we can separate the pieces when it goes to the sink to wash, because I don't feel as comfortable with the hotpots that didn't detach from the heater. It heats quickly, and is easy to manage as far as temperature goes. I know that both sides holds about 6 cups of water. We like the split because my husband likes spicy and I like savory.

I'm so glad I bought this. The color is great . I got this a few months ago and so far, no issues. It heats up well and fast. I enjoy making veggies on one side and the meat on the other side. This is really light to pick up. The whole pot and heating part are solid as well. They don't feel cheap. Would definitely recommend

i searched for a week trying to find a good hot pot and decided on this one! i absolutely love it!! worked very well, no problems there!! there was no possible way for the separator to leak - that thing is sealed! upon first use, the heating part will smoke a little then went away - didn’t last for long. super easy to clean!!! oh, and i love the look and design of this!!! so glad i went with this! hoping this lasts us a while!!!

Safe and beautiful
Great little hot pot device! Safer than the open flame I had for the other side of the table with the Bunsen burner type stove. This was a great buy came with the pot and spoon and a lid. Every Asian home’s necessity.

Great pit
Love this pot!! Love that we can have a choice of 2 flavors if we wanted. Only issue is, I tried to call them the company before to ask if we can replace the top that we accidentally broke, no message back or call. I didn't even see a number to call. The product is great but customer service doesn't exist

Provided screw too long for lid handle
The media could not be loaded. The provided screw for the lid handle is too long and the handle does not hold even though you drive the screw all the way in. Getting a shorter screw with #7 5/8" size helps it fit better
