Pennington Seed 1 lb Bermuda Grass Seed

This grass seed has been great. I know it is a Southern grass but I wanted to give it a shot anyway (we live in Indiana and the summers here have been crazy hot the last few years). I purchased it because of it's drought tolerance and resilience in high traffic areas as we have a section in our front yard that is very, very difficult to get coverage. I mixed it with another seed (shade and sun mix also from Pennington) and covered it with straw. We watered it thoroughly every day and within about two weeks, we saw it starting to come up. We'll see how well it does in the long-term since I planted it in a section of the country that's not recommended but so far, it's been a great seed!!

This grass grows well even in HOT weather. I like it!

on the fence until further noticeOkay, it's a lb.. That pound is no larger than your/the hand ..give or take another 5 inches ... note, lots of green dust... will update in a we or three with results....is it dust or seeds... hummm

I may not have prepared as fully as instructed but I’ve put seed done lots in my life. I don’t see and blades of grass showing 2 week after planting. And daily watering.

This is very small seed and there was more than I thought there would be in a pound.

Grass never grew, got green dye all over my shoes.

Seemed a lot of seed didn't germinate
