I would recommend this. I take it with ashwagandha and I don't know if it was the saffron, the ashwagandha, or both but I felt wonderful and relaxed. I've had multiple tinctures by this brand and I've never had a problem.

I’ve been hearing a lot about the health benefits of saffron in the TCM and wellness communities so decided to give this a try. There isn’t anything wrong with the tincture in any way, it tastes wonderful and like how I expect. My only reason for docking a star is the lack of transparency for what the vegetable glycerin is derived from. It’s very important health wise to not be derived from seed oils, but there is no information indicating if it is or isn’t.
