I was very disappointed to receive a dead battery. So why did i give 5 starts.When I received the battery, I realized the battery was turned upside down in its box. It had no labels on it, there was an existing vent hose (broken off in the package). The battery terminals have none of the red and black covers over the terminal poles and the terminal poles where all scratched that of an old used battery.I immediately put the tester on the battery (to no surprise, it read empty).I contacted amazon, the situation was immediately addressed and I received another battery (a new battery this time) and it works great.Sometimes its not about the defective item you received but it’s the way the situation is dealt with.Customer service was great and helpful and my problem was immediately addressed and that to me is more important than receiving a defective item.I received the new battery, everything is in place, all labels are on the battery, put the tester on, and it read 12.98V which is perfect.After sales service is quite important and necessary and this situation proved it. It was a great feeling knowing that a situation such as this was resolved so professionally.

This battery is of same or better quality than the OE one for the wife's Hyundai. Exact fit, same as OE manufacturer, price was a little less than 2/3rds of the dealer price. Should last a long time as batteries go.

Purchased this battery about three months ago and it has started having problems holding a sufficient charge to start the vehicle, even from just sitting over night in mild temperatures. When I contacted Amazon about a return or replacement they directed me to AC Delco customer support, their number was included in the purchase invoice from Amazon. Delco customer support was awesome. The service rep gave me the email for the warranty department and told me to include a pic of the order details and a few other details. 24hrs. later I had a response asking for a pic of the battery info sticker and a pic showing that I had removed the warranty sticker from the battery. The next day I received an email update saying a new battery was on the way. Two days later and Fed-Ex delivered a replacement, and problem resolved! I will never buy another brand of battery if I can avoid it. Highly recommend!

Worked for my 2020 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk . It’s already been about 6 months no problems at all

1. The Packaging - Upon opening the carton, the battery was in upside down. The exposed bottom was dirty. There were multiple, dents and gashes in the battery case. As thin as they make the lead plates nowadays, the risk of life shortening damage is ever present and impossible to detect. The small parts bag (red positive terminal cover) was missing. Examination of the carton revealed that the bottom had broken open and its contents had fallen out. Originally it had been taped with only clear tape. There was wear on the bottom of the carton indicating it had been slid around and that made the tape even weaker. See photo. Why in the world they would they not use strapping tape on something this heavy and dense? This is the manufacturer's fault more than the shipping company. They have to know this is inadequate. Can't return it. I'm stuck with it.2. The handles - My battery is located in the trunk of my Chrysler 300. The OEM battery has a single robust handle. It can be taken in an out with one hand while using your other hand to steady yourself. while bending over. The AC Delco has 2 super wimpy handles and you must use both hands on the battery while awkwardly bending over. You have to be careful not to fall or throw out your back. I used an old 5 gallon bucket handle to lower it in place.3. The vents - This battery has two vents and neither is plugged. There are no vent plugs (nor an elbow) in the small parts bag. I had to take the plug out of my old battery.How much longer as American consumers are we going to tolerate manufacturers and sellers constantly lowering the bar for themselves?

94RAGM received on time with 92% percent charge and very well packaged. Installed in 2010 SS Camaro on 6/7/2025, will update in 6 months.

My Battery came very well packaged. It was in mint state brand new condition. It was charged. I installed it in my 2021 Blazer with the 3.6 engine. Started right up with no problems.
