Been using this daily 2x30 seconds for almost 2 months. The first few uses caused a slight ache in the facial muscles but this quickly wore off. It was possible to replace the weights from the lightest to the heaviest within 5 days without causing any further discomfort. It was at first difficult to keep it in the mouth without gripping with the teeth, which is not recommended, but after about 3 weeks the lips became stronger and can now support the device as intended.Although there's been no change in facial sagging and other age-related issues, the face has become more oval, the jawline has acquired a smoother line, the skin between top lip and nose has become slightly firmer and a long-standing soreness in one mandible joint has decreased. The biggest and most unexpected improvement has been correction of a life-long slant of the mouth, which was not severe but noticeable and has now disappeared.My guess is that younger users will achieve more benefit as the years go by, if use is maintained and it will have some preventive effect by keeping the muscles toned. Users with age-related deficits will be behind the game and improvements will be slight. That said, for the improvements experienced thus far, it's worthwhile.The device is well-made - no unfinished edges or nasty taste. Easy to rinse clean. Will continue to use it and see what other improvements might follow.
